MiniRoos
MiniRoos is a smaller version of football that provides boys and girls aged 4 - 11 with a fun introduction to the world game.
MiniRoos is designed for kids; it is all about having fun, learning new skills, making life-long friends and providing opportunities for boys and girls of all abilities, shapes and sizes to play football.
Being a family-focused club, MiniRoos is an important part of Monash Wolves. We run the MiniRoos Club Football program which involves one training night per week (Thursdays), and one game day (Saturdays) following the playing format and rules outlined here.
If you have any questions or would like more information about our MiniRoos program, please contact: monashjc@gmail.com.
The 2025 MiniRoos Co-ordinator is Belinda Musgrove. You can contact Belinda at monashjc@gmail.com.
Playing Kit (Uniform)Monash Soccer Club provides playing strips (tops) for all players at all age levels. As such, parents/guardians only need to purchase club shorts and club socks for players. These are available from the clubrooms.
TrainingTraining for the teams will be held on Thursday evenings from 5:00pm to 6:00pm at Monash Reserve (our club rooms).
It is a requirement that all children are supervised by a parent or guardian.
Game days are run by Latrobe Valley Soccer League (LVSL) and held on Saturday mornings in a HUB format at grounds across Latrobe Valley. Games commence from 8:30am through until 10:30am.
This means each week one particular club hosts all of the games for MiniRoos at the one location. Hubs rotate week to week, to share the opportunity between clubs, and to allow children and parents to experience different venues.
Parent/guardian volunteers on our clubs HUB week will be greatly appreciated for roles such as helping in the canteen.
